Keep this in mind to make the most of your IP experience:

We have a strict no late-entry policy. 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of class.
Please be at your station at the start time of class. 
All of our classes are between 30-45 minutes.
Cell phones must be left outside of the training room. Selfies are allowed post-class.
Mats and water are provided in studio. 

Lockers are available for you to place your belongings.

BOOKING A CLASS:

To book a class, email a sign-up request to info@islandphysique.com with class name and time. A representative will respond quickly with a confirmation. Please book at least 12 hours before class time. 


WHAT YOU NEED FOR CLASS:

Wear comfortable fitness attire that you can move, stretch and sweat in. We encourage you to wear clothes that makes you feel confident and good about yourself. Avoid the following: baggy shirts, baggy sweat pants, hats, durags and jewelry (stud earrings are appropriate). Running or cross-training sneakers are ideal footwear. 
Barre classes - ideally bring grippee socks. If you don’t have grippee socks wear regular socks.
Burn - bring hand gloves.

Yoga classes - you will be barefoot.

Bring water and towel for sweat.


STUDIO ACCESS & CLASS SETTINGS:

Access to Par-La-Ville Place building is limited. Doors are on a timed lock system due to security. Doors open for access generally between 7am-7pm Monday through Friday. If you are attending the early morning classes (starting at 6:30am), your instructor will have to provide access in order for you to enter the building. In the morning, please be out front (at the Par-La-Ville Road entrance) in order to be let in. Your Instructor will provide access 15 mins before class time and then check the doors frequently to ensure you get into the studio.

Please note: On Tuesdays and Thursdays the 6:30am Sweat class occurs outdoors in Par-La-Ville Place back parking lot (directly across from Rosebank parking lot and next to AIG building). Please bring a mat, plenty of water and a face towel for sweat.


PARKING:

Parking in the Par-La-Ville Place Parking lot near the back entrance is only for tenants of the building and is strictly off limits to studio members. Please ensure you find parking on the road side near the studio.

LATE POLICY:
We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for quality and security reasons. 
NO exceptions will be made.  

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note, if you booked a class with us and have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your spot can be given to someone on the waitlist.

CANCELLATIONS
Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships:


You must cancel your class 4 hours or more prior to class start time in order to un-reserve your spot and return it to your account.
Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.

NO-SHOWS
Single Class and Class Passes
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.
Workshops & Events: You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit for another workshop or event. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts you will not receive credit or refund.

EXPIRATION:
All Single Classes + Class Passes expire 3 months from purchase date.
We do not offer extensions.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
We do NOT offer refunds on any of our services or merchandise.

TRANSFERS:
All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable. 
All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client. 

STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNTS:
Students, teachers and trainers with valid ID can receive 10% off Class Passes.
Discount is NOT eligible for New Client Special or Unlimited Memberships. 

LOST & FOUND:
IP is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.
Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind. 

Our lost and found draw is purged monthly.
