We have a strict no late-entry policy. 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of class.
Please be at your station at the start time of class. 
All of our classes are between 30-45 minutes.
Cell phones must be left outside of the training room. Selfies are allowed post-class.
Mats and water are provided in studio. 

Lockers are available for you to place your belongings.

BOOKING A CLASS:

Click here for the class sign-up page. Please book early morning classes at least 12 hours in advance and day/evening classes at least 4 hours in advance.


WHAT YOU NEED FOR CLASS:

Wear comfortable fitness attire that you can move, stretch and sweat in. We encourage you to wear clothes that makes you feel confident and good about yourself. Avoid the following: baggy shirts, baggy sweat pants, hats, durags and jewelry (stud earrings are appropriate). Running or cross-training sneakers are ideal footwear. 


Barre - ideally bring grippee socks. If you don’t have grippee socks wear regular socks.
Burn - bring hand gloves.


You will need water and towel for sweat.


STUDIO ACCESS & CLASS SETTINGS:

Access to Ingham and Wilkinson building is limited. Doors open for access generally between 8am-7pm Monday through Friday. If you are attending the early morning classes (starting at 6:30am), your instructor will provide you access to the building. In the morning, please be at the front entrance in order to be let in. Your Instructor will provide access 10 mins before class time and then check the doors frequently to ensure you get into the studio.

Please note: On Tuesdays and Thursdays the 6:30am Sweat class occurs outside of our building. Your instructor will meet you at the front entrance. Please bring a mat, plenty of water and a face towel for sweat.

LATE POLICY:
We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for quality and security reasons - no exceptions. 

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note, if you booked a class with us and have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your spot can be given to someone on the waitlist.

CANCELLATIONS
Single Class & Memberships:

Kindly cancel your class 12 hours or more prior to class start time to allow for another potential member to fill your spot.


Personal Training:

You must cancel 12 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged for your session.

Once your appointment is cancelled, the session will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.


Workshops & Events: 

You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit for another workshop or event. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts you will not receive credit or refund.

CLASS PASS EXPIRY:

Our 5 class pass expires 30 days after purchase. No exceptions.  


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
We do NOT offer refunds on any of our services. 


TRANSFERS:
No transfers allowed. All services must be used by the original purchasing client. 

STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNTS:
Students, teachers and trainers with valid ID can receive $5 off our drop in rate and 10% off our signature program rate. 


LOST & FOUND:
IP is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.
Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind. 

Our lost and found draw is purged monthly.
