Training Schedule:

#ipuplift participants commit to training 4 days a week. Our September program will take place Monday-Thursday with 2 times slots to chose from:

Mornings 6:30-7:15am

Evenings 6:00-6:45pm.

Class Schedule:

Monday: Bottoms 

Tuesday: Morning - Sweat/ Evening - Barre

Wednesday: Burn

Thursday: Sweat

IP Fundamentals 

​​Learn proper training technique and form for our most common exercises. This is highly recommended for new and returning clients who want to focus on perfecting form and alignment technique.
